Terms of Use

SwayTale provides original and rights-cleared stories for personal viewing. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, sell or use the videos to train a model without written permission.

Respecting people and stories

Do not use SwayTale to impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, evade access controls, or create non-consensual intimate or deceptive media. Any future Remix submission must follow the content and likeness standards; generated work may remain private or be removed while rights and safety are reviewed.

Age and content

SwayTale is not directed to children under 13. Viewers below the age of legal majority where they live should use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian. SwayTale may label, restrict or remove mature, violent, deceptive or otherwise unsafe material, and does not permit sexual content involving minors or non-consenting people.

Availability and enforcement

Catalog titles, features and availability may change as the platform develops. We may suspend access to protect viewers, creators or rights holders. Contact us with the affected URL if you believe content infringes your rights; good-faith reports and counter-notices are reviewed using the process described on the Contact page.
